Enterprise Car Sales experienced a 12-percent increase in its auto-loan volume last year.
With over 26,000 car loans made through its credit union partners, Clayton-based Enterprise generated a record-high of $435 million, it reported.
Enterprise’s partnership with several credit unions allows credit union members to take advantage of the car-sale company’s service and for-members-only promotional offers, the company said.
Such partnerships also help expand the loan portfolio of credit unions. The credit unions in Arkansas, for example, saw a nearly 7-percent increase in their loan portfolios over the previous year.
Enterprise Car Sales is one of the largest certified pre-owned vehicle sellers in the U.S. with more than 125 locations across the country. It is an expansion of the biggest U.S. car rental company, Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
